THE LEGAL STUFF
At Derelict Brewing we require any purchaser or acceptor of alcohol purchased to confirm they are aged 18 years or older. It is against the law to sell, supply or provide alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years. The customer also warrants that he/she/they are not under the influence of alcohol at the time the order is submitted.
WARNING: Under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty up to $10,000). Every person commits an offence and is liable to a fine up to $2,000 who, being under the age of 18 years, purchases any liquor on or from any licensed premises.

SHIPPING
SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS
All orders require a signature upon delivery, and must be signed for by someone over the age of 18.
Please address your order to an address where someone is home, or where someone can receive the goods between the hours of 9am to 5pm (i.e Your Work address)
SHIPPING TIMES
We aim to ship all orders placed and payment accepted by 1pm, Monday – Friday the same day as ordered (see shipping methods). Orders placed anytime Saturday or Sunday for items in Stock will ship on the following Monday. These cut-off times are a guideline, and are subject to possible change or modification due to prevailing circumstances. This information does not constitute a guarantee.
REST OF NEW ZEALAND
All couriers are under extra strain at higher alert levels, and deliveries may take longer than usual. At the moment, we estimate up to 7 working days from order to delivery. For items being sent to the Auckland or Northland regions and to rural addresses, there are longer delays of up to 14 working days.
South Island deliveries are also sent by courier and delivery times are currently up to 5 working days from shipping date.
LOCAL DELIVERY (CHCH/NORTH CANTERBURY)
Orders that are not Rural Delivery are shipped overnight. Deliveries will usually arrive the day after your order has shipped. Rural orders will take an additional couple of days.
COURIER DELIVERY
We ship via courier. Some items may take longer to reach you if you live in a rural area. We will email you tracking information for your order when it is dispatched from us.
Shipping Rates.
Flat rate shipping Nationwide of $8.00 and Rural deliveries $12.00
Free shipping on all orders over $99. New Zealand addresses only.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We do not ship internationally. Orders must be for New Zealand addresses only.
REFUND AND RETURNS
We are committed to keeping our product in the best possible condition. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or services then please email us at info@derelictbrewing.co.nz outlining clearly the nature of your complaint or dissatisfaction, including a photo if you can.
If you are not delighted with your purchase then please return the items to us within 14 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging and we will refund you the value less the delivery costs. Please note that the postage and cost of returns is the responsibility of the customer or purchaser. Please email us prior to sending any back so we can issue a returns number.
All Returns must be sent back via Trackable Courier Only.

Any sales of alcohol made via this internet site will be made on that liquor license. The applicable law for transactions for the purchase of alcohol on this internet site are the laws of New Zealand. The Laws of Sale and contract by any other country do not apply.
